Lightweight and Compact! Simple Structure and Easy Maintenance
This model has a built-in high-frequency transmitting proximity sensor.
This diaphragm pump operates by detecting a sensor and controlling the switching of a solenoid valve. Fully self-suction type that can pump out fluid efficiently, with no pump-priming required.
The NDP-20-E series has a nominal diameter of 3/4" (20 mm) and a maximum flow rate of approximately 82 L/min.
The maximum size solid is 2 mm or less.

Features

■ Sensor Control Model with Built-in Proximity Sensor that Transmits High Frequencies
The sensor built into the pump detects the stroke end, and the pump controller switches the solenoid valve to operate the pump.

◆ Sensor Control “Proximity Sensor”

Sensor Control = Stable Reciprocating Motion

A proximity sensor detects the stroke end of the diaphragm, and the pump controller receiving the sensor signal controls the switching of the center exhaust type 3-position 5-port solenoid valve.

Optional Counter Connection Enables Stroke Management

By counting the number of times the center rod has moved, it is possible to determine when parts need to be replaced.

*1 The pipe length from the air supply valve (solenoid valve, etc.) to the pump shall be 1.5 m or less. If piping from the exhaust port of the air supply valve to another location, the pipe length to the end of the exhaust port shall be 5 m or less.

*2 The maximum supply air pressure for a type with a resin-made pump body will depend on the liquid temperature.

*3 The water discharge is provided as a rough approximation only. The discharge will differ depending on factors such as the liquid to be transferred and the piping conditions.
*4 Maximum flow rate is a value indicating the pump capacity. We recommend selecting a size that allows some leeway, taking into account the impact on the life span of the diaphragm.
