Global series

The Yamada Diaphragm Pump [ G series ] is a diaphragm pump for general industry that enables transport of a wide range of liquids such as lubricants, paints, and chemicals. [ G15 series ] has two types of pump are available: a compact aluminum type with large flow rate, and a resin type that supports more types of liquids. [ G25 series ] has a nominal diameter of 1" (25 mm) and a maximum flow rate of approximately 150 L/min.

NDP:Standard

The Yamada Diaphragm Pump [ NDP: Standard series (General industry) ] is a diaphragm pump for general industry that can be used for high pressure transport of highly flammable liquids, slurry containing solid particles, and so on. A wide range of pump sizes are available, with six types of materials for the pump body and eight types of materials for the diaphragm, enabling the pump to be used in numerous general industries. The pump employs Yamada’s proprietary design air switch valve, “C-Spool,” which does not require regular lubrication and can be replaced easily.

NDP:P series

The Yamada Diaphragm Pump [ NDP: P series (Maximum corrosion resistance/PTFE pump) ] is a diaphragm pump that is suitable for the transfer of chemicals and food. The center body uses polypropylene (PP-GF), which is highly corrosion-resistant, so the pump can support highly corrosive liquids too. The pump with maximum corrosion resistance can support various usage conditions for conveying liquids. The PTFE pump has superior corrosion resistance because fluorine resin (PTFE/PFA) is used for all of the wetted parts, and is capable of a high flow supply of highly corrosive liquids such as strong acid and strong alkali.

The Yamada Diaphragm Pump [ NDP: E series (Sensor control model) ] is a diaphragm pump that has a built-in high-frequency transmitting proximity sensor. The pump is operated by detecting a sensor to control switching of the solenoid valve. It is suitable for the transfer of liquids such as factory wastewater, paints and solvents. A wide range of pump sizes are available, with four types of materials for the pump body and seven types of materials for the diaphragm, enabling the pump to be used in a variety of environments.

The Yamada Diaphragm Pump [ H series ] is a diaphragm pump that is ideal for filter presses and the supply of oil, paint, etc. The pump is fitted with a mechanical switch and supports low pressure, low speed operation, enabling transfer without damaging the material. Furthermore, the operating pressure range is wide, up to 0.85 MPa, achieving the highest discharge pressure in the industry.

F series(High Purity)

The Yamada Diaphragm Pump [ F series ] is for chemical applications using fluorine resin (PTFE/PFA) for all of the pump body including the diaphragm, and has superior corrosion resistance for transfer of liquids such as strong acid and strong alkali.Moreover, resin (PPS/PP/HDPE) is used for the main parts of the body such as the center body, to prevent contamination from metal ions when used in clean rooms in the semiconductor industry, etc., and it can even be used in corrosive environments.

Pulsation Dampeners

The Yamada Pulsation Dampener [ NDP: AD series ] is a pulsation dampener dedicated for the NDP series with a diaphragm mounted. Affix to the discharge side of the diaphragm pump to suppress pulsation caused by pump operation, and improve pump efficiency. The dampener is suitable for prevention of piping vibration and protection of filters, and in addition, liquid pumps for metering devices, metering pumps in combination with flow meters, and other applications.
