NDP-800BS Series sets a new global benchmark in performance. By re-engineering the internal structure, we have achieved the maximum flow rate of 990 L/min, which is 6.5% higher than the previous NDP-80 series, while maintaining the superior diaphragm longevity and other conventional benefits our customers expect.
NDP-800 series has a nominal diameter of 3" (80 mm) and a maximum flow rate of approximately 990 L/min. The maximum size solid is 10 mm or less.

Features

■ Independent Left and Right Pilot Valves
These activate the air switch valve at the stroke limit, and are also completely oil-free. Dynamic seals are eliminated as independent left and right types.
It is resistant to abrasion and ensures stable pump operation over a long period of time.
■ Yamada’s Proprietary Design Air Switch Valve “C-Spool”
The air switch valve in the center section of the diaphragm pump is completely oil-free, so it does not require regular lubrication.
The operation assist using a C-spring suppresses stoppages during operation, and achieves stable operation.

Accessories
◆ Air Unit
2piece set (Air Filter + Regulator)
Removes moisture and debris from the supply air and protects the pump mechanism.
An air filter and regulator are included in one set depending on the usage conditions.
Yamada diaphragm pumps can be operated without lubrication with two sets of air except under the following conditions.
● DP-10 series, NDP-H series
● For continuous operation of minimum 1 hour
● For use with fluids and environments of minimum 70°C
● 2-piece set has a 3/4" inner diameter.
*Prepare the connection materials separately according to the usage conditions.
*Use the dedicated bracket and air hose when attaching to the pump.
