DP-FE series
A Sensor Control Model that Minimizes the Risk of Stoppages during Operation!
A resin type diaphragm pump that uses fluorine resin (PTFE/PFA) for the diaphragm and pump body, and resin (PPS/PP/HDPE) for the center body. The pump operates reliably at a low stroke, and operation can be managed using a PLC.
If transferring flammable chemicals, use the DP-FE/D series, which employs an explosion-proof specification fiber-optic stroke sensor.
The pump has a standard seal specification. The flat valve type is optional (built-to-order). Contact us for more details.

■ Sensor Control Model with Built-in Proximity Sensor that Transmits High Frequencies
The sensor built into the pump detects the stroke end, and the pump controller switches the solenoid valve to operate the pump.
◆ Sensor Control “Proximity Sensor”
Sensor Control = Stable Reciprocating Motion A proximity sensor detects the stroke end of the diaphragm, and the pump controller receiving the sensor signal controls the switching of the center exhaust type 3-position 5-port solenoid valve. |
Optional Counter Connection Enables Stroke Management By counting the number of center rod movements, it is possible to determine the timing for when parts replacement is required. |

*1 DP-25FE and DP-38FE are built to order, so please confirm the delivery.
*2 The DP-10FE and DP-20FE suction port and discharge port can be connected using a standard Rc screw and flange, as well as NPT screw and ANSI flange (special order).
*3 The pipe length from the air supply valve (solenoid valve, etc.) to the pump shall be 1.5 m or less. If piping from the exhaust port of the air supply valve to another location, the pipe length to the end of the exhaust port shall be 5 m or less.
*4 The maximum supply air pressure for a type with resin-made pump body will depend on the liquid temperature.
*5 The water discharge is provided as a rough approximation only. The discharge will differ depending on factors such as the liquid to be transferred and the piping conditions.
*6 The maximum flow rate is based on test data using a Φ8 x Φ6 x 2.5 m connection air tube, 0.5 MPa of supply air pressure, purified water, head 0, and at room temperature. However, the DP-25FE and DP-38FE are based on test data using a Φ12 x Φ10 x 2.5 m connection air tube and 0.7 MPa of supply air pressure.
*7 The flat valve type cannot handle slurry. • In the case of standalone pump sales for the DP-FE series, only a 2.5 m sensor cable is included, and the pump controller (MFC-24), solenoid valve, etc. are sold separately.
