The world's manufacturing sector is globally becoming more interconnected. Some manufacturing companies are attempting to build their production facilities in other countries, or some are collaborating with other firms in different countries by having joint ventures or fully acquiring them. Or even though some companies have invested in their new facilities for new high technologies (e.g. chip-manufacturing for Artificial Intelligence or secondary batteries for electric vehicles) in their home countries, they are relying on consultations from more experienced partners in other countries (e.g. how to more efficiently produce or what equipment to purchase). In order to realise this business model, Yamada is always attempting to expand our sales network globally. In fact, Yamada already has our own subsidiary branch offices in 4 countries: the U.S., Netherland, China and Thailand. Each of them covers each region; Yamada America (i.e. the sales office in the U.S.) covers the whole American continents; Yamada Europe (i.e. the sales office in Netherland) the entire European countries, Africa, and Middle East Asia; Yamada Shanghai (i.e. the sales office in China) the entire China; and Yamada Thailand (i.e. the sales office in Thailand) the whole ASEAN countries.

The staff in our regional sales offices stipulated above make efforts to enhance our customer service level in every part of the world. For instance, they always communicate with the distributors to learn about the requests or demands from customers in the local areas, or regularly give trainings to the distributors to increase their knowledge on Yamada products and their technical service levels, and so on. Those distributors also keep inventories of Yamada pumps or spare parts locally, so that the goods can be delivered to the customers immediately after receiving the orders.

In addition, the international staff of Yamada has also been continuously trying to find out new business partners to establish new supply chains as well. As a result, Yamada currently has global networking in more than 100 countries! Therefore, there are always well-trained distributors who have deep expertise on Yamada products in those countries!! Yamada is still attempting to expand the global network more, so that more and more customers in the world will be satisfied with Yamada products and the locally provided services!
