Reset Button - Yamada's unique AODD pump function!!
Have you ever heard of a 'reset button' for AODD pumps? In brief, the reset button is to fix the stalling and resume the pump quickly just by pressing the button! This function is available only for Yamada AODD pumps and no other AODD pumps!!
Normally, when an AODD pump stops, they need to either hit it with a hammer or dismantle it to fix it. But the problem is, especially when the pump is used for a manufacturing process, they need to stop production, which will adversely affect productivity.
In this situation, Yamada started working on the solution to the question 'What If the Pump Stops?', just as well as development of anti-stalling technologies, - of course, we are very confident with our anti-stalling technologies such as C-Spool or Step-Spool, though. As a result, we created the reset button!!
We are very proud that this reset button is very innovative because all that needs to be done to fix the stalling is to press this button! Consequently, we believe the workload to fix the stoppage will be significantly reduced, and it will help a lot particularly in a situation where downtime increase and productivity loss are a serious issue!!!
