Customer Testimonial - Yamada G15PT for Denim Manufacturing!!
Denim is perhaps one of the coolest and the most popular fabrics, which are used for blue jeans, jackets and so on. Yamada Air-Operated Double Diaphragm pumps are one of the most useful tools for this denim manufacturing. That is, our pumps are used for the dying phase to transfer indigo ink to the original white yarns!!
A denim manufacturing company in an Asian country that was using some AODD pumps from another supplier was facing a problem; that is, they were not content with the ink discharge volume. Then, our local distributor had a chance to visit them to study the service conditions and finally suggested our G15PT (i.e. 1/2" PP body with PTFE diaphragms).
About 1 year has passed since then. They say they are satisfied with the efficiency of G15PT and also have been facing no malfunctions or other issues! They are also very satisfied with the customer support provided by our local dealer! They say they will continuously purchase our pumps!
