Customer Success Story - Lubrication-Free Air Valve of Yamada NDP Series!
＜Challenge>
One of the world's leading chemical companies was using 2" AODD pumps of SS body with PTFE diaphragms from a certain supplier for their process. However, the user was not satisfied with the pumps at all because external lubrication was required to the air valve. That is, the air valve was always with a mixture of grease and some foreign matters, and it even easily deteriorated the air valve, - they often needed to ask the supplier for help!
<Solution>
It was NDP-50BST that solved the issue (i.e. Yamada's 2" SS body pump with PTFE diaphragms)! That is, the air valve used in Yamada's NDP series is non-lubrication type. If lubrication is necessary, the wearing issue is easily caused by the moisture coagulated in the pump or dust contaminated in the compressed air. Those kinds of phenomenon will cause wearing issues!
It consequently prolonged the service life, and the customer is very happy with it!!
