There are processes of supplying chemicals to plating and anodising tanks, and also of emptying these tanks. At this point, when emptying the tanks, Yamada AODD pumps are very convenient as they possess the ability to run dry. That is, if the pumps keep running after the tanks become empty, it doesn't have immediate damage to the pumps!

3. Ability to transfer liquid containing solid substances
There are also filtration processes, especially if chemical purification is required. Then Yamada AODD pumps are very useful due to the ability to transfer slurries.

4. Safe to Use Why are Yamada pumps safe to use?
Firstly, it's because Yamada pumps are leakage-free!
As plating chemicals are usually very corrosive. So fluid leakage is a big problem. Then Yamada can confidently say the pumps are leakage-free because they are all bolted construction with no mechanical seals or no clamp bands. The problem of clamp band is that the fluid can be leaked from misalignment. Secondly, many different kinds of materials are available. As stated above, plating chemicals are corrosive. Then Yamada offers a variety of pumps made of corrosion-resistant or heat-resistant materials!!
