REASON

Why Yamada Diaphragm Pumps Are Trusted

Proprietary design focused on stable operation and ease of maintenance.

Maximizing diaphragm life and performance while minimizing maintenance costs and downtime.

  • 《 Stable Operation 》

    Diaphragm-friendly
    short-stroke design

    Less wear, longer life

Yamada’s proprietary short-stroke structure reduces diaphragm stress and minimizes wear.
It also lowers air consumption, maintaining high performance while cutting running costs.

  • 《 Ease of Maintenance 》

    Simple structure
    with minimal parts

    Less downtime through fast maintenance

Our simple design with fewer parts reduces the risk of failure. It significantly shortens repair and maintenance time, minimizing downtime to ensure stable operation at the site.

  • ① Reset Button

The Reset Button is a unique feature for risk management and a proprietary Yamada feature designed to minimize downtime in critical situations. Even if a pump stalls due to valve friction, it ensures an immediate restart, keeping your operations running.

  • ② Air Switching Valve (C-SPOOL)

The Air Switching Valve can be serviced and maintained without disassembling the pump body.
Our unique C-Spring mechanism prevents the pump from stalling, ensuring continuous and reliable operation.

  • ③ Pilot Valve

The Pilot Valve, which drives the air switching valve, features an independent left-right design.
By eliminating dynamic seals, this structure provides exceptional resistance to friction.

Both the Air Switching Valve and Pilot Valve are 100% oil-free.
No lubrication required.

FUTURE

The Vision for YAMADA Diaphragm Pumps

In Constant Pursuit of Quality:
Pumps that Endure.

"It is not the strongest of the species that survives,
nor the most intelligent.
It is the one that is most adaptable to change."

—— Charles Darwin

We believe that facing change while protecting the core is the only way to carry quality into the future.

For us at Yamada, "adapting" is not about change for the sake of change;
it is about preserving and pursuing the true quality demanded by the times and the field.

Every Yamada pump is designed to last.
Durability, stability, and trust are the results of our continuous quest for reliability in an evolving environment.

By identifying what must evolve and inheriting what must remain, we will continue to build Yamada pumps for the next generation.

Inheriting quality,
responding to the era.
This is the vision for Yamada pumps.
